At Cylinders, Inc., our rechroming service brings worn or scored rods and tubes back to precise, seal-friendly condition. We chemically strip the damaged chrome, assess and repair the base metal, straighten as needed, then pre-grind for uniformity. Industrial hard chrome is applied to the specified thickness, followed by finish grinding to exact diameter and a mirror polish that reduces friction and extends seal life.
